Although we provide a service with an excellent strike rate, we do NOT guarantee that every selection will win. We will therefore undertake to refund the client's subscription fee to their account in the event of a loss [the horse winning], taking into account the particular service of Play-A-Lay to which the client has subscribed.
We cannot advise, or be responsible for, the value of betting stake the client chooses for the daily selection[s]. It must be left up to the individual to use their discretion in order to be able to sustain any losses that may occur from time to time. We do not enter into any communication with clients regarding their own personal staking plans, and will only reply to any inquiries if they are relevant to the service that we provide.
