Answers
Many factors have to be taken into account before we lay a horse. Our knowledge is based on years of studying the types of races in which the favourite is most likely to lose.
It is impossible to guarantee a win every time. The horses we select have a low liability, therefore it will be easy to make up the loss on the next selection. We do not offer any selection that has Lay odds greater than 4.5.

We only give out the selections on the day. This will enable us to take into account the going (it may have changed overnight) and whether or not there are any non-runners in the race we have selected. These factors needed to be confirmed on the day of racing before we give out any selections.
No, the fee will automatically be refunded to you within 24 hours. If you have a 2 selection service subscription and 1 loses you will be refunded half the subscription amount. Alternatively if you prefer we can arrange for you to receive extra selections in place of a refund. Contact us with your request if this is the case.
